EUDR中小企業の移行期限に関するお知らせ

PEFC本部からの情報によれば、中小企業（SME）の移行期限につきましては、EUDRの全体の移行期限同様」2026.6.30とされていましたが、木材関連製品については、EUTRの終了に合わせ、非中小企業（非SME）と同様2025.12.30との連絡がありましたのでお知らせします。

Since our last reporting, the European Commission (EC) formally approved the delay of the EUDR for 12 months. The new application date is 30 December 2025. For the wood-based sector, there is no additional six-month transition period for micro and small enterprises, as it applies for other commodities. However, different scenarios may impact whether businesses will implement the rules of the EUDR or continue to implement the EUTR (EU Timber Regulation). We broke down the key dates here – please note that these still need to be compared and confirmed with the updated EUDR Guideline document when made available (date tbc):
